22.01.2022 Central Coast pensioner Margaret Forbutt is lobbying the Council and her strata managing agent to read her individual water meter instead of billing her on a pr...o rata basis for the water usage of the 13 unit complex where she lives. Margaret said a water wasting tenant is pumping up her water rates. With her frugal "water wise" ways she could save up to $1000 a year if billed individually. According to Margaret other water authorities do this. Margaret believes that this simple change could be of massive benefit to pensioners and a great incentive for people saving our precious water. The office of the Mayor has been made aware of the situation and will investigate.

18.01.2022 When you get a review like this.... We really appreciate you taking the time to spread the word! Especially when you notice all the little things that we think are important for a high quality service. Thank you ... We have used Justin for all our plumbing needs since we moved to the Coast 5yrs ago. He is reliable, dependable and turns up on time every time. He has recently completely renovated our en-suite bathroom and has done a brilliant job. His crew turned up on time evertime, were clean and left the site completely void of any rubbish every time. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Justin for not only your plumbing needs but if you are planning any bathroom renovations.

This can cause blockages & we wouldn’t want your morning pick-me-up costing you more than a couple of dollars.
