21.01.2022 When I was at Uni, I learned for the first time that people go through their lives with debilitating pain. I decided then that I wanted to learn to alleviate and manage that pain to the best of my ability. We only get one crack at life and a life in pain is a life half-lived. Through soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, cupping and lifestyle intervention, Ive been able to help many people live without pain, or with only minimal pain. It feels great when someone comes to me and tells me how much better their life is because they came to see me.
