23.01.2022 New PB!!! Thought I’d share my deadlift progress. It was only 6 weeks or so ago that my 1 rep max was 100kg. This is a massive 120kg which is pretty much double my body weight. Pretty happy with how my training has been going of late

08.01.2022 Awesome results with a client I have been doing exercise rehab with for his shoulder. He now sleeps better and the pain no longer wakes him up. He has better function day to day. He has improved in all his exercises and doesn’t get as much discomfort. He feels stronger so happy he’s been able to attain these results and also do extra training from home that I programmed for him. Great results

06.01.2022 I absolutely love it when clients tell me that they are feeling the best they ever have. Client yesterday explained to me that she is feeling the fittest she has ever in her life. She is smashing her workouts and progressing well with her big 3 lifts, she is getting 8 hours of sleep a night, her mindset is awesome and her measurements are dropping and clothes that haven’t fit for a long time are now fitting Best start to my day hearing how awesome she is feeling. Love my job! Can’t get better then this.

04.01.2022 Yep. A lot of people say to me ‘it’s because I’m getting old’... this is far from the truth! Most of the time lower back pain is non specific meaning there is no specific cause as to why it’s occurring. We tend to jump on Dr. Google and search our symptoms that can mention things like... -Buldged discs -Pinched nerves -Fractures -Tumours -Arthritis However, in more then 80% of patients with low back pain, there is no specific cause. When I see a client with low back pain, I am not treating them just by what they are presenting with or what they have been told by from a scan.. I’m treating the person in front of me. I am addressing their fears, I’m addressing their avoidance patterns, I’m addressing their sleep, their stress, their nutrition and much more.
