17.01.2022 FURNITURE HIRE . This is a question a lot of people ask me. Should I hire furniture to sell my home. There is no clear cut answer to this. Hiring furniture is an expensive exercise. An average home can cost up to $5,000.00 or more for a 5 week period. BUT in my experience it pays off enormously. Compared to what we pay real estate agents (who in my experience dont do much for the amount we pay them) the cost of furniture can add thousands to the sale of your home. It may even help you break even if you MUST use an agent.
