24.01.2022 BEFORE & AFTER // ( swipe!) Our clients were hoping for a calm bedroom with a sea green palette and with a touch of American style. We used some pretty fantastic grasscloth wallpaper as a starting point and then created the biggest custom upholstered bed (let me tell you- hoisting this guy over the balcony was a nail biter!). Some Sliding and bamboo Roman blinds were the final touch! What do you think? 23.01.2022 This room really encapsulates a lot of the things I love in design- the clean lines of this tables steel base, the warmth and character only vintage/antiques bring in these Marcel Breuer style chairs, and a side of drama courtesy of this @coleandson @fornasetti wallpaper. Formal dining rooms- no matter how petite- are a great space to do something a bit different from what everyone else has! Originality is always cool.

20.01.2022 SWIPE! (Before & After) In LOVE with this space now! Previous owners had removed the walls dividing these two rooms, and put in a very early 2000s nib wall opening. To add insult to injury, the ceilings were dropped by 40cm to include ducted air conditioning With the build team at @prekaro_projects , we removed the false ceilings, replaced the missing cornicing, centered the ceiling roses and brought back a period appropriate archway detail, amended to keep the open plan fe...eling of these spaces. 19.01.2022 These toiletries arent letting down this bathroom Though you can get Marvis anywhere these days, I bought this tube at a little pharmacists in Rome, and it makes me smile every time I use it. The art print (reflected in the mirror) was a gorgeous photograph by Australian Richard Bailey's archives, that I purchased at a Vogue charity auction. Our memories are such an important part of pulling our homes together and so affect how we feel in a space. 18.01.2022 Im so glad you all loved our last Before and After post, so Im sharing another! Our Heeley Street Terrace courtyard needed some love- I kept referring to it as prison... grey painted rendered walls and slate grey pavers made for way too many one note hard surfaces. We lightened and brightened this adorable studio garage, brought in traditional Italian wall lanterns from Italy, Belgian outdoor lounges and a whole lot of green (not pictured here, ivy crawling all over the r...endered walls and serious shrubs- they need some more tile to grow!) I know our gorgeous clients are enjoying nights under the stars with the festoon lights on and fire pit warming them all. 04.01.2022 Been digging through the archives to try to show you something I havent already shared. Turns out, I have a quite a few to post! Cabinetry detail of 1904 Victorian... using multiple finishes really evokes the bespoke feel I look to create with all my kitchen designs. This kitchen features a custom finished veneer (I call it smokey grey-walnut) and handpainted cabinets in a deep navy. This dental trim gives the modern curves and floating shelf a traditional spin. But its this stunning Hermes marble that really steals the show! 03.01.2022 You guys love this hallway, which makes me so happy Someone on the internet told someone else on the internet that it was buried way down on my feed, so I thought I'd bring her up for some air.
