06.01.2022 It's the seasons for the dreaded COLD and FLU so here are my TOP TIPS for getting through an attack: 1. High doses of vitamin C - An orange is not going to cut it here! Get yourself to the health shop and ask for the good stuff. 2. Chicken soup is not just an old wives tale. It's full of the good stuff too and if you can get someone else to make it for you, it should come full of comforting love. ... 3. Drink lots of water and eliminate dairy -flush that bug away!! 4. More supplements in Olive Leaf or Echinacea. Again, get to the health shop and buy the oil, not the tablets, you will feel better for it.
