23.01.2022 SAGE IS NOT CLOSING.... I am staying open and continuing to give you Workouts and Pain, but can I ask you to look at the following.... - if you feel unwell p...lease let me know and cancel your appointment; - if you arrive before someone has finished their workout please wait outside until they are finished; - I will continue to clean the equipment after each workout so don’t be offended;be happy - please make sure you wash yr hands before and after each workout; - to assist efficiency and the cleaning process I may alter your workout, so as to minimise the cleaning time (fear not though; you will still get a high quality, safe, result producing workout); - Can I ask that kids and pets, where possible, do not come in to the gym with you while you train (though I will accommodate where possible)! If you have any concerns or worries please message me U appreciate it’s a worrying time, and finances may be difficult... I will help where possible and look to accommodate missed workouts if I can.... If the only issue is the financial aspect, I would rather you kept training for the good of your health... let me know and I’m sure I can sort something out. Thanks all BE SAFE BE STRONG SAGE X

22.01.2022 WALK THE WALK PT’s Day 12 of Cadence push-up challenge....push-ups for 25 days to help raise awareness of mental health. 22 today(I had a rest because I’m not... a kid anymore, YES I KNOW, that’s Ironic ( mental health) 25 for 25 is not appropriate for most. ) So because I’m 57 & not an idiot I’m doing 12 Cadence Push Ups, raising the number by 1 every day( last one being v slow) btw, the SAS Use these for Selection , safer but harder. ( 25x25, Pussies) I nominate Peter Pouloudis c’mon, do it for us mature PTs & Tattoo Artists -once nominated your 25 days start the following day. -every day you record yourself doing your push ups (even if you have to drop to your knees to finish them). 11.01.2022 LOOK BETTER NAKED!!! This is probably the main reason that people do Resistance Training. ( But they will never tell you that ) All people think they should lo...ok better than they do. The second reason is to be healthier, & the third is to be able to function better as a human(stronger) No matter what your motivation, you’re way ahead of the Curve on 90% of the population. So give yourself a pat on the back for being part of the 10% who Exercise.

04.01.2022 In response to a question asked to me today, I would answer in exactly the same way that I have in print for nearly the last 1/2 century. It cannot be stated st...rongly enough: TRAIN HARD, BRIEFLY and INFREQUENTLY. MEN AND WOMEN SHOULD BE TRAINING EXACTLY THE SAME. I would suggest to EVERY healthy man AND woman to strength train the WHOLE body HARD once or twice a week, watch the AMOUNT of food eaten, keep reps slow and smooth, and judge the time between workouts according to progress (strength increases). #resultsarewhatmatters #xforceisphillysforce See more
