25.01.2022 Happy Good Friday! Is there a parent of any of the training groups who use the Jimboomba track who could help with mowing? Nathan is heading down now and there is a second zero point mower that can be used. If not today, could you maybe put your hand up to help another time? Please let us know!

24.01.2022 QA currently has Jimboomba on the Gold Coast (rather than Southside) if you can't find us and Dave McKean is not listed as our wonderful pole vault coach. I have contacted QA to update our listing :)

24.01.2022 The Glynis Nunn shield meet today and tomorrow incorporates the QLD Combined Events Championship (being held for the second time in 2020!). We have Ash Moloney competing in the open event - going head to head with Ced Dubler - and Jackson Rushton in the U16s. Here is a link to live results for those interested. 22.01.2022 Yes, this is a Little Athletics-run carnival .. but it does offer events for U20s and opens. If you are wanting a fun weekend away ... and the opportunity to compete, this carnival is for you!!! All info including program, costs and how to enter can be accessed from the link. 18.01.2022 At the QA midweek comp last night, Kelsie and Zoe competed in the hammer. Kelsie has been working with Zoe who finished with a throw of over 20m! Dave and the pole vaulters also had their first competition jumps for the season. Sorry for the old photo of Kelsie, feel free to share your own.

10.01.2022 Ash competed in jav at the first QA meet of the season. Erin did the 100m, 400m and shot, Zoe ran 100m 400m, 1500m and competed in shot and javelin while Eloise ran the 400m. Lots of people took the opportunity to compete - there were were over 20 heats of the 100m!

08.01.2022 ***ATTENTION*** Entries for TnF Meet #2 has been rescheduled to Sept 19th and will open at 7:30pm tonight (the Oct 3 meet has been moved to Sept 26th) There wil...l be limited spaces in the field events. Field event entries will be offered per time slot and there will be 20 spaces available in each (60 spots in the Triple, 60 in the Discus, 40 in the High Jump) These will be mixed events and unseeded.
