He went missing from our backyard in Stoneleigh Reserve/ Logan Reserve QLD on the 02.02.2019. He is booked in for surgery and needs proper care. Please let me know if you have any information. 13.01.2022 We were contacted by a lady who was not at fault for an accident and Suncorp had decided her vehicle was a total loss. The assessor determined the value of the ...vehicle and the insurer offered $3,900 to settle the claim. The owner asked for a bit of advice and after we spoke with the assessor a revised offer was made for $5,500. The owner sold the salvage to a recycler for $600, an extra $2,200 on the original offer. Assessors have to explain how they arrive at their pre-accident value. It pays to get a second opinion. See more

10.01.2022 Dear Customers/Friends, Due to family illness, Tony not being able to find staff capable of helping him, Tony refusing to present our customers with anything other then what they deserve and the impact it is having on his family it saddens us to say that Jimboomba Panel and Paint will be closing its doors to the public on Friday 8th Feb 2019 Tony currently works 18-20 hour days and this can't continue. 04.01.2022 We were contacted in September 2018 by a customer who had a claim with NRMA from February 2017. The clear coat was peeling and the owner could see the door gaps... were not right. After several repairers had multiple attempts to rectify the faults we were able to locate an independent repairer in Minto who was able to assist our client. You never really know how bad a repair is until you remove the paint and a few fittings. Once the full extent of the rectification was established NRMA were asked to total loss the vehicle, which to their credit they did. Not happy with the repairs to your vehicle, give us a call.
