13.01.2022 To be offered on @auctionsplus Tuesday National Lamb Sale A/c C.A.Bradley & B.C.Welfare 95 Merino Ewe Lambs Avg 40kgs... This lot of Merino ewe lambs appear to be nice wool growers, but unfortunately with the recent heavy rain have suffered quite a percentage of water stain and some dermatitis. Since purchase in April, and through winter they have averaged 100g/day on native pasture. All weighed lambs were mouthed, and found to be lambs, 3 of the 26 mouthed were spreading a little in the teeth. These genuine "N" drop females (3YO, 3 mouthed with 4 teeth), have their first calf at foot up to 327kg. These young cows are medium to large, well bred and ready to go on and breed great calves for their new owner. Not only can the buyer put the heifers immediately to the bull of his choice, but they will also have great value already banked away in the calves. In the young cows, there is one red, one noted with a little white on the underline, and one observed with an undershot jaw, but at 588kg not proving any drama. In the calves, there are 3 reds ( one with a slightly bowed back) , 3 bulls, and a light backward heifer calf with long paddly feet. The vendor has sold some country, hence the sale.
