23.01.2022 Big thanks to everyone that made it to the Melbourne show yesterday. It was really special to have everyone singing along to the chorus of the new single. The signed test pressing of my debut record will be going to Brendon Powell. ... Looking forward to playing in Melbourne again soon, keep you posted! Jim x
22.01.2022 Looking forward to performing a selection of new & old material this evening! Thank you for tuning in last week, I’ll be going live tonight at 8:30PM AEST. Been listening to a lot of Slim Dusty recently so you can expect a Bush ballad somewhere in there too.... Please do join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine. Jim x
22.01.2022 It’s pretty cold outside. Please stay warm & if you feel like it why not go and check out my new single? It’s now up on Spotify and iTunes, let me know how much you hate it or love it. Thank you to everyone that helped me launch this thing in the middle of a pandemic, Ella, Jack, Finn, Jasmin, Matilda, everyone that tuned into the live stream & also to those that donated to the performers & or support act. Special thanks to Casey Hartnett, Jasper Jolley, Tommy Castles & Ja...ck Robbins for helping to bring my song to life along with the other 3 songs to be released on the EP. It was a bit of a dream come true for me to record it all in the music shop & a tick off the bucket list. Jim x

17.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day Mum! A high school band isn’t really a high school band without mum behind the wheel. This picture was taken after performing at the old Hard Rock Cafe in Melbourne with my high school band. All of our mums were there supporting us.. Hope your enjoying your day. x

15.01.2022 Rock Steady Records is a great little record store in Melbourne. Book it in for a post iso trip with some of your mates & grab a record or two. Pat behind the counter is knowledgeable & a fan of local music from the surfcoast & beyond.... I’ll be going live @ 8:30PM AEST this Wednesday June 10. Hope you can join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine.
15.01.2022 I hope your enjoying the quiet time & focussing on the little things that mean most to you. My friend Matilda sent through this screen recording of the last song of my set last Thursday. Thanks to everyone that tuned in, I'm really enjoying getting back into performing again.... I will be going live again via the @jimicrisp instagram account this Wednesday May 6 at 8:30PM AEST. I hope you can join me for a cuppa tea, a dram, a beer or a fine wine. Jim x
14.01.2022 I wrote 'Music Store' when I was feeling a little apprehensive. It's a song about not knowing where your going, not knowing where your headed, and knowing everything is fine just the way it is. Hope you can join me for the live stream launch show on April 30.
14.01.2022 Restarted my record collection with a limited edition copy of Grant Green’s ‘Born to be blue’. The first record I picked up was Dick Dale and the Del Tones’ ‘King of the Surf Guitar’. The future is looking bright. Going live here at 8:30PM AEST, hope you can join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine. Jim x. Photograph by @christopher_mcc

Hope to see you at the show, it's a little while away but best to click interested or attending if you plan on coming along, so you can keep in the loop. Event link here - https:...//fb.me/e/kvNUqzzcy Really excited to be joined by special guest Ella Sweeney, an incredible songwriter & enough of an excuse make it to the show. 10.01.2022 My favourite surf break. I enjoy surfing here on the rare mornings when it’s uncrowded (don’t we all), conditions clean and the waves are rolling in 4ft high or less, any higher and I get the spooks. I also enjoy just staring at the ocean when it’s overcast, observing the wrath behind a good book, with the car heater blaring.... Going live here at 8:30PM AEST. Join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine. Jim x.
08.01.2022 Bake house, pre-pandemic. I’ll be going Insta-Live on this account tomorrow at 8:30PM AEST. I hope you can join me for a cuppa tea, a dram, a beer or a fine wine. @jasmin.adria.music
07.01.2022 Before the pandemic, we could actually stand at the bar. Thanks Brendon & Jasmin for letting me tag along to the interview, it was a real treat. I’ll give another Paul Kelly cover a go tomorrow (Weds). Going Insta live at 8:30PM AEST. Hope you can join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine. ... Jim x. See more
07.01.2022 Coming through the door tomorrow evening 8:30PM AEST for an insta live show. Join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine. Jim x.
01.01.2022 I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been feeling really awkward lately. I was getting used to isolation and then they just went and changed everything just like that! Despite the cumbersome change I am really looking forward to getting back to usual, spending time with my family and friends, booking a live show at a band room and hopefully performing to some of you lovely people in the crowd.... I’ll be going live here at 8:30PM AEST tomorrow evening, Wednesday May 20. I hope you can join me for a cuppa tea, a beer, a dram or a fine wine. Jim x. Photograph by Christopher Mcconville.
