25.01.2022 Up close & personal with our Jimmy Regular - did you know that our books have a few green elements that we are proud to share. In terms of Production at our publishers - all paper and cardboard is recycled. In packing our publishers reuse a lot of boxes that they get sent stock in. The paper used in our books is ECF - Element Chlorine Free, acid free and sourced through sustainable forestry practices. Also the cardboard that the book covers are made with is recycled. It's our way of supporting the environment - we definitely strive for sustainable practices here at JHP and make every effort to be green & clean where we can!!

13.01.2022 How are the holidays going for you? I know trying to run the business and having 3 school aged kiddo's aint no walk in the park. I try to have easy, time consuming (for them not me of course!! craft go-to's in my bag of tricks - here is one - it's an old but a goody as your recycling bin will always offer a plethora of box sizes, and materials to make the box-scapes really come to life! Hours of fun...well at least 1/2 an hour...here's hoping!! Thanks to @brainy_beginings_network for the inspiration.

11.01.2022 Recycled Bird Craft - ever feel as though you are forever adding to your recycle bin about 1000 times a day!! Well...we urge you to use some of the pieces to get crafty with your little one's - my tribe are forever stealing my white copy paper - here is an awesome alternative and it doesn't cost a thing!! Painting up recycled cardboard is such a win - it's textural, is re-purposing at its best and it'll buy you some time to sneak in a tea & biccie. GOLD!!
