22.01.2022 After a pretty average year for all musicians (and many other professions) i'm pretty excited to be doing my first new years eve gig ever, which is going down at my most oldest of stomping grounds - The Spread Eagle Hotel Richmond . Historically, there have been a few days in the calender where I dont book gigs in, purely to concentrate 100% on binge drinking and other forms of tom foolery, however with zero gigs between April and December I jumped at the chance to send 2020 ...off with some live tunes and a big fat middle finger. The shittest part of playing no gigs isnt the music, but not seeing all the people you usually do. The regulars, the barstaff the punters and all the friends you make along the way. You all know who you are and I cant wait to see all your dumb faces again. Thanks to all the people who booked me, or tried to book me this year and thanks again to the people who continually throw my name up to friends & family as this word of mouth is huge for me. Again you know who you are. And for people who have weddings on the way after the break and still going ahead, I cant freakin wait! Ive managed to play 3 gigs in December but during the time off I must have forgotten that social media 101 for musicians is to actually tell people you're playing....! So here it is. The cobwebs have been dusted off so if you are looking for something to do contact the spready for bookings and come celebrate the end of 2020 with us. Love your work you legends. Jimmy

When mucking around I like to record everything because a recording sometimes picks up things the ear cant.
