04.01.2022 Shortbread made in a variety of flavours. Most popular are the plain traditional shortbread flavour plus Macadamia or Ginger. Other flavours include Chocolate Chip, Cranberry and Almond or Coconut. Also do a Gluten Intolerant plain Shortbread. I also make Delectable Rich Christmas Cakes at the end of the year in time for Christmas. I soak my fruit in sherry, brandy and port for around 2 weeks . It is rich in fruit and nuts (i.e. cherries, dates, prunes, sultanas, currents, nuts). Size is 16.5cm round weighing 1.3kgs.
01.01.2022 Jimmy is taking orders now for his Christmas Cakes. Shortbread orders all year round.
