17.01.2022 As we shift into full lock down in Melbourne I snuck in a cheeky Pattysmiths triple cheeseburger for lunch. You’ve gotta love this joint. Smashed patties and just delicious burgers. Good luck to everyone in Melbourne over the next 6 weeks. Hopefully things start to turn for around. We are all exhausted by what’s happened to us. 16.01.2022 Oh boy do I love the smashed patty deliciousness that is @300 Grams They are always so consistent! A few people commented that it looks a bit like @Shake Shack well it does. Personally I prefer them to SS and relish every opportunity to pound one down.

15.01.2022 The team at Harvest Gourmet challenged me to make a flexitarian recipe for their Incredible Burger patties. So I got a little inspiredyou know all those big chip-filled, sauce-dripping monsters that seem to drive the internet crazy? Well, I decided to reward my body with a healthier option. I loaded up these plant based beasts with green beans cooked in fresh tomato and mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil! For a bit of flexitarian balance it needed a slice of melted Swiss cheese.

12.01.2022 I’ve spoken about these patties before, but they are a legit and rad substitute to meat, especially when you’re spending more time cooking at home! The HARVEST GOURMET Incredible Burger patties are 100% plant based but they even sizzle like real meat on the grill. Check out this recipe I put together with @Harvest Gourmet for @PedestrianTV it’s a monster size, but too tasty to put down! Maybe you could make it as a single instead. 10.01.2022 How good is an absolute surprise burger? I rocked up to @mofoburgers with @thehamburgler_ expecting absolutely nothing and boy did I get a surprise. . It’s hidden in the back streets of the city side of Carlton. In the heavy @unimelb region. You really would not expect it. .... Super tasty coarse ground beef that really hit hard. The bun was super soft and housed the burger without overpowering it. It really was a tasty triple patty. See more

03.01.2022 We’ve dropped this pick up Los Easey’s burger out of Collingwood. It’s my little take on the El Maco from the Arches. . It’s got those crispy fried jalapenos, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, onion and the taco seasoned beef patties. Also available in fried chicken for a change up.
02.01.2022 Today is International Burger Day. I’ll be dropping a few posts today. This first one is about the recent trends in my Burger world. Thanks to @motzburger the fried onion burger has become a staple in my diet. They are so simple and so addictive! These burgers utilise what’s called a smashed patty. Where you take a ball of meat and smash it into the grill. The smashed patty has seen a big resurgence over the last few years and I’m all for it. Add in the availability of @potat...orolls to Australia and you’ve got a recipe for burger deliciousness. . Adding weird and wonderful stuff to your burger is not a trend but it certainly hasn’t slowed down in my opinion. . The humble hamburger is the perfect food delivery mechanism. It’s handheld. It packs a nutritional punch. You don’t have to do dishes. It doesn’t get much better than that. So today you should all be celebrating by chowing down on your favourite! ILY Burgers. See more

01.01.2022 I took young mate The Hamburgler for his first Juanita Peaches experience yesterday. God this is a good burger. I added in some peppers for a bit of extra kick and then some fries before I smashed it down. . Keep scrolling and feast your eyes on the other delight that resides inside Juanita Peaches - All Day Donuts . Here we have strawberry cheesecake, apple crumble, the Don Homer and 100s & 1000s! Man these doughnuts are fully legit. @ Juanita Peaches
