22.01.2022 4,000, and rising fast! After years when Jim’s Group hovered just below 4,000 we cracked the magic barrier last Thursday. Leads for most divisions are at record levels. More and more franchisees customer service levels are rating 4.8 and above. Jim reminds you to guard yourself and your clients from infection. Wear masks in public, maintain personal distance, and accept payment electronically where possible. ... Jim thanks all who helped Victorians in the grim months of September and October. These include interstate Franchisees who offered financial and moral support. It's been a tough year but we've come out stronger and better and, hopefully, more united. If you want to be part of Jim’s Group or Join Jim’s Bookkeeping, please phone 131546 or visit www.jims.net and tell them I sent you. Jean

11.01.2022 Hear from one of our amazing clients: Sharine from R.H.D. Classic As a small Indigenous female Business owner, I have faced many hurdles over the last 8 Years. Jean Stone has gone above and beyond in assisting my business and my own personal development. The last 2 years our local area has seen natural disasters, business struggles, economic disasters and many more, this alone has seen some staggering statistics of business closures. Jean has helped me, and many other small ...business, navigate the insurance protocols, government grants and their many changes facets, our own mental health and business health pathways. Jean has always volunteered her time but to see her step up Volunteering with Government Small Business Department in financial advise, during the times when she herself was going through her own flood issues, and in general support and guidance. Stepping up to be a part of committees and volunteering groups to help develop our local areas utilising her Not For Profit background. She has helped so many local companies take steps forward, guiding through the maze of multiple industries. Her ethical approach to issues surrounding any small business is professional, informative and very refreshing. She has pushed me when I needed it and guided me on options available to me. I believe that I am close to my next business development, of becoming a company, because of the team that I have and Jean is a very vital part of that support network that Indigenous businesses find hard to accept. Thank you Jean. See more
