10.01.2022 While COVID19 is considered infectious, it is very manageable. Remember it is spread by 'droplet transmission', so you have to breathe it in, or get it inside your lungs, nose or eyes to become infected. The main points to remember are; 1. A 1.5 meter distance between you & a person sneezing / coughing is generally a safe distance... 2. Practice regular hand washing (soap is better than alcohol) and avoid touching your face 3. Practice respiratory etiquette (cover mouth / sneeze in elbow or disposable tissue) I've just completed the certification for COVID19 "How to Protect yourself and the people you care for" and I'll be carrying this information with me as I work.
