24.01.2022 Timely and meaningful feedback is the cornerstone of our QA system and activities. Fortunately for us over 98.8% of our feedback through our annual survey and opportunistic feedback from customers is overwhelmingly positive. We thrive on and act on timely feedback to ensure we are delivering the best possible service.... Very occasionally, like today we get some more constructive feedback. It was about our milk and it was given over 3 weeks after the event. Unfortunately the lateness of this makes it very difficult to respond and make any meaningful change. We always encourage feedback and regularly solicited feedback from our regular and new customers to ensure we are delivering. However, if your feedback is not timely this makes it very difficult to respond effectively, we positively encourage all feedback, just try and make it immediate so we can investigate and act quickly as necessary and make things even better or fix issues immediately.
