05.01.2022 Here's something interesting from our friends at NAB that I think is worth sharing.. NAB special offer: 33% Lenders Mortgage Insurance discount for all first home buyers from 1 January 2020 To help first home buyers enter the property market sooner, NAB is pleased to announce they are offering new first home buyer customers a 33% discount off the Lenders’ Mortgage Insurance (LMI) premium with their NAB home loan. This could save the average first home buyer around $2,200*.... Any new First Home Buyer application unconditionally approved on or after 1 January 2020 will receive the LMI discount. Offer is available for a limited time only. Eligibility: All borrowers must be first home buyers and identified as a First Home Buyer in the customer’s Home Loan Application. All applications will have the LMI discount automatically applied if unconditional approval occurs on or after 1 January 2020. NAB may withdraw the LMI discount offer at any time. Inflight applications submitted prior to the offer end date will receive the LMI discount. Also, don't forget, if you're a First Home Buyer you may also qualify for the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme.
