12.01.2022 From @avonside_alpine_estate it’s Green Monaro Garlic time. The garlic seed was grown on the farm year previously and replanted in March/April this year. Fed only seaweed solution, worm juice and chicken poo. Green garlic has just been picked and can be used as per normal or roasted whole or even puréed to extract the most delicate flavours.
