Its been a challenging time for everyone during the COVID 19, and safety of our community has been our priority. We feel committed toward your success in health and fitness, and will reopen our classes from 13 th July on Mondays and Wednesdays.... Whilst rules have been eased we still need to obey by the safety protocols of Covid-19 requirements in Queensland. Stage 3 is now in place and will take effect from tomorrow. We have now removed the limits on class size. Please feel free to join us in celebrating resilience and success in achieving your goals so far, and lets continue our contribution to creating a healthy and happy community together.
