13.01.2022 I can’t explain just how grateful I feel today! So grateful to be able to bring fun, movement, challenges and conversation within our poses. With an average age of 60+ at our yoga class today, the ladies were challenged to work into some partner poses - the laughter and conversation that accompanied the class was so beautiful, and healing for us all ... (What a shame I left my phone at home and couldn’t take any photos )
