25.01.2022 The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment have released the vision and aspirations for the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct. Due to C-19 restrictions, they won’t be conducting pop ups and other community events as originally planned, however they have built an online digital engagement platform where people can view and provide feedback on the vision and aspirations. The site is live via this link - https://www.planning.nsw.gov.au/snowymountains... Please feel free to forward this link to your networks. Feedback closes 31 July. They will be promoting the ‘Have Your Say’ platform via social media, including local print, radio and letterbox drop. Just as a reminder, the next Community Advisory Group meeting is scheduled for 8 July. They are planning on holding the meeting in Jindabyne, adhering to C-19 social distancing regulations. 18.01.2022 Book online, book early! Reducing the number of desk we have available comes with challenges, not least in making sure you are not disappointed when you come to do some work. Giving you a safe and quiet space to work is our number one priority. This resulted in the removal of the Overflow and Stand Up desk areas because they do not adhere to the 1.5m distance requirements. It's been a very hard decision to close our doors, but we also know it's the right thing to do for us and your families. We'd love to have you come back to work with us safely, so we'll be aligning desk spacing and arrangements to the WorkSafe NSW guidelines for offices & workspaces - and reducing capacity a little.... Your input on what you would like to see changed is invaluable to how we do this - for you to be comfortable in the space. The Bushpigs support our community through sport all year round so this partnership is great for the work life balance. Established in 1983 with a single rugby team, the Bushpigs now provide athletic programs year round for men, women and children of all ages. In winter, the club fields teams for boys and girls starting at Under 10s, rig...ht through to adult mens and womens teams, competing throughout the Monaro and South Coast Regions. In Summer, the club brings the community together through a social touch football competition enjoyed by 300+ participants ranging from 6-60+ years of age.
