24.01.2022 Good things are coming people, very good things, hang in there while the darkness is purged from mother Gaia, I'm so excited despite the ridiculousness we are currently experiencing, this is why we came here, to witness and help to bring in the new earth and therefore banishing the new world order & slavery imposed on humanity, light wins, hang on we're not there yet but we're very close It is done.
24.01.2022 This is a true neurological phenomena where the brain does not know the difference between 3D realilty and imagined. This allows us to rewire our brains through visualisation techniques, to help overcome events from the past that have caused stress & SHOCK, which often remains unprocessed in the nervous system even if the event occurred many years earlier... Even if you have no conscious memory of an event.... There are massive holes in the way society trains us to think that everything is segmented and to look at many issues as isolated. Nothing could be further from the truth! Everything is connected. EVERYTHING. My work as a Neuro-trainer & Kinesiologist has proven this over and over and over again, you couldn't begin to imagine how interconnected everything actually is, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual, physical. Everything affects everything else. You may have adrenal fatigue, but that doesnt mean the problem started or ended with the adrenal glands! The fatigue is the result not the cause. What predisposed you in the first place? What steps occurred along your journey that led you here? 17.01.2022 Mental & emotional stress is a major contributor to fatigue, anxiety, depression & burnout... Take the time to regularly work through your own "stuff". Life is tough, business is tough & society is crazy right now, make the time and space for yourself to recalibrate your own energetic flow, point of attraction & mental state.... One way to do this is by: Unpacking your limiting beliefs and expanding them into new supportive ones. I like to write out a list of any negative or limited beliefs, get them all out, don't shy away from any! Then go back and re-write them into new better feeling beliefs It really does make a difference to your mental state! However you need to process your stuff, make you a priority and watch your energy & abundance grow Jodie x

15.01.2022 How you create your reality without realising: Perspectives create thoughts... Thoughts create beliefs...... Beliefs create feelings... Feelings create vibration... Vibration creates your reality... Both Identity & beliefs create limitations... Limitations block your greatest desires from manifesting right NOW. Screw Devine timing, it's all about YOUR alignment with the Devine... Take back control of your reality by unrelvelling this process of negative decention, into positive ascention. Start by changing your perspective from something that bothers you into something that empowers you. Stop looking for things that offend you.. Life is just a whole bunch of perspectives with endless vantage points, you choose how you will perceive the world. When you take back responsibility for your magnificent ability to create and stop blaming external elements at every point, When you choose to find the silver lining, the deeper learning the better feeling view point, When you tap into unity perception, You will literally change your life. Survival is our strongest instinct, learn to recognise that you initially tend to default towards negativity because of your subconscious survival strategies, because your brain is always looking our for danger! Learn to catch this negative inclination and find a better feeling view point asap. Soon enough your default will be a much more positive one and feeling good will become easier and easier to attain without effort, you don't have to take life so personally all the time. The better you feel the better life will respond to you and the easier you will create your desires. & This is just one level ;) Above all else always remember to love yourself sick! After all you came here for a reason, the world needs you to step into your power and rise up NOW. 12.01.2022 Do you struggle with Fatigue or Anxiety on a daily basis? Consider how much time you spend looking at screens or living under fluorescent lighting. Artificial blue light especially after dark, has a cortisol stimulating effect which means your stress hormones are being triggered at the wrong time of the day (night), Ideally, our bodies need 2-3 hours min of darkness before actually going to bed, which allows the mind and body to calm & bring down those stress hormones, thi...s allows you to achieve a cell restoring deep sleep. When you don’t achieve this level sleep (even if you feel like you sleep like a log!), your whole system suffers, in particular your adrenals do not receive the adequate rest they require to stay optimal, this alone could see you end up with adrenal fatigue and feeling burnt out. Your ability to produce use the melatonin you created through the day is also diminished by the effects of excess blue light. One simple thing to do to assist your body to receive the deep sleep you require is to use blue light blocking glasses (BLB), if you’re on the screens a lot through the day then the clear lens BLB can help ease the burden. After dark, red lens BLB will eliminate the blue and green light waves, protect your melatonin and maintain natures intended circadian cycle, helping you to achieve a quality sleep, help to restore adrenals and wake up easier. Of course there are many other factors in healing adrenals, fatigue and anxiety, but this is a great one to consider! Happy Blue light blocking Jodie x

Time to rise above the situations that have you fixated, that keep you small.... Time to realise the pendulum can only swing in one direction for so long before the laws of yin & yang, and balance must be restored. More than ever we are being faced with our own unresolved "stuff", with less access to distractions to avoid dealing with the unresolved past. Try not to fear your feelings, instead of ignoring them or pushing them aside as resisting them only provides a holding cell for them the be stored within you. Try saying "YES" to those feelings, allow them so much that they have nothing to grip onto anymore & can finally leave your being. 10.01.2022 ...Have you noticed that when you decide to eat well to get more energy & heal your adrenal fatigue that you actually feel waayy worse and much more lethargic as a result? Despite all the experts are saying this should work!? Whether you been through a stressful time lately or a patch of bad eatting, or both, when the adrenalin wears off, and the sugars drop, when the stress reduces and turns to reality..... You can be left feeling extremely lethargic, no matter how much rest you get or how well you start eatting again.
