25.01.2022 Lao Zi wrote: My words are very easy to understand and very easy to apply (70). Mysticism hides the greatness of Lao Zi’s Dao De Jing in useless rhetoric. For... example, Tai Chi might be a great exercise, but it has little to do with Lao Zi’s Dao De Jing. The force Qi or Chi, as described in DaoDeJing, is a physical manifestation of Dao. Nothing mysterious. It is the raging river. In accord, Lao Zi would advise people not to swim upstream. Very practical. Furthermore, Daoism or Taoism is a mystification of Dao De Jing. That mystification gives the Master power over the Student. That is something alien to Lao Zi. In contrast, Lao Zi is so clear and simple that no one needs a Master. Dao De Jing needs reading, rather than mystical interpretations. It is no rocket science and you do not need a Guru. Living in a cave will not enhance your wisdom. Every Mystic has a hammer and therefore every screw becomes a nail. Mystics see mystery wherever they look. However, there is no mystery in Dao De Jing. Lao Zi emphasizes simplicity again and again. It is about the here and now: Use it to obtain what you seek and use it to escape what you suffer (62). See more

10.01.2022 Everything is as it should be! We do not appreciate light until we experience the dark, We do not appreciate smooth until we experience the rough, We do not app...reciate respect until we experience disdain, We do not appreciate courage until we experience fear, We do not appreciate freedom until we experience restriction, We do not appreciate love until we experience indifference! For every experience we can draw strength from its opposite! Taoist view of life!

10.01.2022 Dao (Tao) is translated from Chinese to mean 'path' or 'the way' and the 'Tao Te Ching' is translated as "The Classic Book of the Way of Personal Virtue and Integrity". The Tai Chi Tao is the 'Path of Ultimate/Supreme Life Energy' as guided by the Tao Te Ching. In this practice we use Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong systems to develop internal virtues consistent with wholistic health and well-being. We seek to achieve a healthy balance between the body, mind and spirit.... We are seeking the Eternal Dao.
