If you would like to bring something to share please feel free to, we just require you to label the ingredients and avoid using any kind of nuts. ... We look forward to ending this year together

07.01.2022 Hi everyone, Prof Chris & Xavier will be holding a charity seminar on Friday the 7th of May at 6:30pm. Their seminar fees usually range from over $100 but we are only asking for a small donation of $20 entry fee. All proceeds will go to Bowel Cancer Australia. This is to help our friend BJJ Blue Belt Jake Nicholls who trains at the Hills grappling school and is raising money and awareness for his mum who suffers from the illness and is terminally ill. Jake wants to raise awa...reness and do something special for his mother. His mum Belinda was just 47 when she was diagnosed with stage 4 BC, this is well under the 50 year old timeframe that the government says we should get checked. Bowel Cancer is very dangerous as you have no idea you have it until it is too late. I hope the Alpha team and schools can get behind this event at Alpha Jiu-Jitsu Rouse Hill with Professor Chris and his team who are giving their time to help this cause. This event is open to all.
