Go to a playground with your children and go of the slide or climb up the spider web. You will see that it is still so much fun We are currently at a caravan park, and I’m enjoying the bouncy pillow (see photo ) and the water slides at the waterpark I had forgotten how much fun it is and it is so so good for mental well-being What did you did as a child? Start doing it again to reconnect with the child within you It is important for it shows life’s beauty in simple ways

It is so lovely, especially in Spring when it is not too hot In a sunbeam meditation the earth cleanses and the sun revives your energy and it only takes 10 minutes ... What to do: Get some of your yellow and orange coloured crystals, like citrine and carnelian. These crystals cleanse and recharge in the sun. Go lay down in the sun in a starfish position, face up, arms and legs wide open. Put the crystals on your body. Preferably one on each chakra. Now all you have to do is relax, and start to listen to the sounds around you. Can you hear the birds? Feel the grass?. Smell the air, do you smell any flowers? Try using all your senses. Put the timer on for 10 minutes. Focus your breathing and slow down. Fully enjoy these 10 minutes of warmth and light. You deserve it
