25.01.2022 WHY YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL COUNSELLOR The current situation has made life difficult; We are missing friends & family, going out and feeling lonely and helpless. You might be experiencing, anxiety, depressed, stress, worry, sadness, grief or even conflict. So if you are going through any of these feeling or even some that were not mentioned, it can be hard to know if its time to seek professional help about the problem. Counselling is here to help support you through trying ...times, using talking therapy. Contrary to the popular belief, one doesnt have to be crazy, desperate or on the brink of a meltdown to go for counselling. Perhaps you have been thinking about seeing a counsellor for a while. There are days you feel really low and feel like you need to speak to someone as soon as possible. Then other days you feel better and the thought of ringing a counsellor goes away. But the underlying causes that make you feel low are still there and you inevitably feel worse again in a few days time. It is normal to feel apprehensive about seeing a counsellor for the first time. Also it can be hard to accept you might need help. Asking for help can make the problem seem more real: you cant show that its all OK so easily. Sometimes the signs are visible but at other times, something may feel slightly off and you cant figure out what it is. So you drag on, trying to maintain your busy life until you realize that life has become unmanageable. Counselling will help you improve your communication skills, develop resilience and self esteem and your ability to tackle ongoing life issues. Please seek help now by calling . Do you work? 15.01.2022 Good mental health is something to which we can all aspire.Mental illness includes a wide range of conditions that affect how we feel and think. Most of these are first experienced in the late teens or early twenties, but may only emerge later in life.Good mental health is as important as good physical health. Its no surprise that both are helped by a healthy lifestyle ensuring we get enough sleep and eat healthily; trying to keep stress to a reasonable level, and relaxi...ng regularly, especially through physical exercise; finding good support and help is also essential. ..
