15.01.2022 The time has come for me to address the COVID-19 concerns being voiced from my clients and the community. I take my duty of care around the virus very seriously. I am closely monitoring many credible sources for updates in our local area. While there are no cases in regional WA, this does not eliminate need for caution. I will continue my year round practice of washing cloths and mop heads in an antibacterial solution, drying them only in the dryer to heat treat, and leave a...ll washed items aside for excess of 48 hours before reusing. I'm am regularly wiping down all my equipment with disinfectant. I carry detergent and wash my hands frequently. I will refuse to clean in any home with an occupant who has been overseas (and/or is under quarantine) for 14 days. I will ask those that are unwell in any way to isolate themselves and reschedule their cleaning service. I will take every reasonable precaution to ensure you and your family feel safe and that your health is considered in this uncertain time. With this in mind, as far as my regular services are concerned - it's business as usual. Should the situation change, I will update you here and act accordingly. Jess x

13.01.2022 Hi everyone Due to extended wait times and extremely limited positions becoming available I have made the decision to dissolve my wait list. With people already having waited over a year - it just doesn't seem fair to keep on with it. I do apologise for any inconvenience and hope you understand. 11.01.2022 Albany's hard water can be a nightmare if you have a glass shower screen. Here are some results from a house clean yesterday.

01.01.2022 When I removed the stickers from this dresser and saw the colour had seeped and stained I panicked. I thought it was never going to come off without being sanded back and repainted! Holding my breath I did a spot test with a plant based product. Luckily it came off- no scrubbing required, and it looks brand new again :)
