22.01.2022 We had a BA Falcon in the shop for a knocking noise in the rear end when going from Reverse to Drive and also when going over bumps in the road. We test drove the vehicle to pin point the noise and found when we put it on the hoist and selected gears that the diff was moving up and down. It had broken rear diff bushes (common problem for late model falcon and territorys). Removed the diff cradle and replaced all 3 of the bushes, refitted and found the movement and noise had gone. 21.01.2022 Had a toyota come in the other day for a problem with not being able to get the wheel alignment right after having lower control arm bush replaced (at another shop not in town). We found that the bushes in both sides had been fitted INCORRECTLY. Causing incorrect castor and camber also (as you can see) cracking in the bush. New set of bushes fitted THE RIGHT WAY and a fresh wheel alignment car drives like it should. Give us a call on 0260 250399 if you feel that something is wrong with your car.

19.01.2022 Had a toyota lancruiser in at the shop this week which dropped the 4 bolts and stripped the thread out of the swivel hub assembly. Unfortunately we weren't able to tap a new thread but we were able to replaced the hub assembly and all seals to get him back on the road. 19.01.2022 Had a near new Mazda CX5 diesel in the shop to diagnose a running problem. The owner had been referred to us by another workshop that could not find the problem. With our up to date scan computer we found the problem after some testing. Replaced the sensors and performed a relearn on the diesel system and car is good to go away with now. 17.01.2022 Apologies for not posting for a while but here's 1 from today. A gentleman needed to get his brakes adjusted on his large caravan due to them not working very well at all so we adjusted all 4 drums which he was very happy with the stopping ability that it had afterwards. 16.01.2022 Had a Subaru towed in today with a drive shaft collapsing and needed there car back as soon as possible due to living out of town. So we managed to get a new drive shaft sorted out to get them back on the road. Very happy customer.

15.01.2022 Had this XR8 in today for a diagnostic on a running problem under load when driving. Plug the G-SCAN2 In and found with live data that everything was working as it should. So back to basic with testing and found that 3 out of the 8 coils had weaker spark than needed. Replace all coils an spark plugs. Car drives like new.!!!! On the road test we found that the ABS was not working as it should according to live data. Check and clean the ABS/WHEEL SPEED SENSOR'S and problem gone. Another happy customer. 11.01.2022 Had this neet little BMW 325i E36 in the shop for a service and fuel smell. Turned out it was a bit more than "a fuel smell". Found that the fuel lines had perished from the fuel tank to the filter and from the filter to the injector rail. Replaced all the perished fuel lines carried out the service and handed the vehicle back to the owner safe to drive. 11.01.2022 Had a commodore come in to the shop on a tow truck with "turning over and not running". We inspected the vehicle and found that water was inside the cylinders we gave the owner the options on what needed to be done and they decided to replace the engine with a good tested Second hand engine to get them back on the road and driving again. We fitted the engine, serviced and replaced all fluids and one verry happy customer back on the road again. Give us a call on 0260 250399

09.01.2022 Sorry we have not posted in a while, But we have been flat out working on something SPECIAL with this BF F6 TYPHOON. For one of our customers. LOTS of love and time has gone into this extremely clean and well looked after FPV. Now its close to the finish line. WATCH THIS SPACE more to come !!!!

08.01.2022 HOWS THIS FOR BIG !!!!!!!! F350 in the shop today as well for check over for RWC a good customer of ours trusted us to do the job on this rig that they have added to the family..... watch this space !!!!

07.01.2022 We had a 2014 Territory titanium come in to the shop last week that had a problem with the aircon blowing hot air (like the heater was on) on the drivers side only. Plugged our scan computer in and found that the drivers side controller was not working (stuck on HOT not good with summer coming up !!) Soooo.... DASH had to come out to replace controller. BIG JOB but we have all the tools and know how to get this kind of job done... For any repairs give us a call on 0260 250399.

07.01.2022 Had a car come in to us with a complaint of a clicking noise when driving and turning. Due to a split CV boot it lost all the grease which dried out the joint and damaged the complete drive shaft. We replaced it with a new one and we had 1 happy customer. 05.01.2022 For all you ford people out there with any ford from BA to FGX Including TERRITORY.... Have you had the "black screen of DEATH" happen to your ICC (interior command center) ??? and been told the only way to fix it is to replace the whole ICC ??? at JK A AUTOMOTIVE we take the time to diagnose the problem the right way. 03.01.2022 Had a rav4 in for a complaint of head lights being dull. came from South Australia (a family member of a customer) we found when we first looked at it that the head lights had bad UV Damage. We carried out a 4stage UV Restoration on both head lights and the results speek for themselves. !!!!!! We also fitted upgraded headlight globes for better vision at night. 01.01.2022 Had a very clean VN 5.0L V8 Commodore with 107,000km on it..... one owner. Got towed into the shop with a not running problem. After testing a few things found one of the two fuel pumps had failed (as you can see why) and the ECU (Computer that talks to the engine) was holding the injectors open causing it to flood on start up. 01.01.2022 So we had a 4x4 in the shop that had been to other shops to work out why it keeps going through tyres on the front....... Safe to say WE found the problem. The shock on the front had broken causing the front wheel to go out of alignment. New set of front springs and shocks, tyres, and wheel alignment and safe to be on the road again.
