21.01.2022 Castle Hill Dojo is really starting to grow. I have had the pleasure of watching the dedication and raw interest both Keith and Chris have shown. In their second grading they had their eyes open to how much knowledge they had gained and how they could improve moving forward. A brilliant mindset to have early on. Well done and well earned 6th Kyu. Young Strauss had brought his previous knowledge of Shotokan from another continent and through perseverance shattered the doubt in himself to ace and respectively deserve his 4th Kyu with JKA Australia. It can be challenging leaving the familiar and there will always be question and doubt. The respect he has shown to come to training and stay open shows his quality.
