The format will be the same Zoom webinar format we have been using, followed by a Zoom social meeting. An online recording of each class will be available for two weeks. Please register in advance . 19.01.2022 #WazaMonday - Maegeri / The correct sequence for Maegeri (on Heisoku-dachi), demonstrated by Aragaki sensei of JKA. Note that the sequence goes from right to... left. Important points: -Lift your knee with the foot tucked in. -Toes always upwards. -Keep the supporting foot (jiku-ashi) straight, don't turn it outwards. -Pull the kicking foot straight back (hiki-ashi) without dropping the knee level.
