17.01.2022 Happy new year to all our students. We are excited to be back and keen to train. We look forward to seeing you all. Sempi Ben's 5:30pm class will start on the 11th of January but the Higher Grades class will be on tomorrow night at 6:45pm. Please remember to bring your own bottle, use hand sanitiser and check in or sign in when you arrive. We appreciate your efforts to keep the virus out of SA.

15.01.2022 In accordance with the latest Covid 19 announcement by the state government, we will be shutting our doors for 2 weeks. In an effort to be cautious we have cancelled tonights classes as well. Stay stafe and look after each other and keep practicing at home. Remember you can't gyakuzuki a virus.

15.01.2022 Upon receiving our Covid 19 safety plan from SA government, we are not allowed to hold karate classes. Obviously, we are devastated to learn that we are unlikely to be able to hold classes until the 2nd of December. We hope for better news soon. Apologies for any confusion.

11.01.2022 This months special event with Sensei David is a Seminar on Bunkai. Ever wanted to truly understand the meaning behind that move in your Kata? This Saturday is your chance. We start at 12:30pm at the Dojo. Of course morning classes are on as normal. Please register and pay at the Dojo. We thank you for following covid instructions, requirements and not coming in unwell.
