14.01.2022 From its crisp, clean appearance to that satisfying snap, there’s something special about a brand new uniform or one that still seems brand new. Not only does a well-maintained karate gi demonstrate your respect for the martial art, it can also make you look and feel like you’re at the top of your game in training! Here are some tips for keeping your gi as fresh and clean as possible and for as long as possible. 1. Don't leave it in your bag or car. 2. Wash after each us...e. 3. Do not wash your belt! 5. Do not try to bleach your karate uniform. 6. Use a cold water wash with light detergent. 7. Wash alone to prevent damage. 9. Hang to air dry. 10. Iron the creases out for a nice crisp finish! 02.01.2022 Happy Father’s Day to all the fabulous Daddies out there. Keep being amazing!!

02.01.2022 I believe Dance and Karate have many similarities which is why I love the study of both art forms. Always striving to improve! Martial artists practice forms or kata. These are dance-like exercises designed to help you perfect movements and applications. The process of perfecting a form is endless! No instructor will ever tell you your form is perfect; there is always some room for improvement. That's the point; the form isn't the end; it's the means. The kata is an exercise in perfection and this exercise never ends!

02.01.2022 NEW CLASS ADDED... If you have a child aged 6+ interested in martial arts. Book in NOW for your FREE trial tonight 4.30pm. Comment below for details.
