24.01.2022 I have what some would consider a slightly unusual fascination with public toilet designs - seems I am not alone! Public toilets do not need to be boring. I've added some photos from my personal collection for your 'enjoyment' https://www.abc.net.au//designer-dunny-public-toi/11064294

24.01.2022 What a wonderful alternative to plastic bags. Way to go Samoa!

24.01.2022 I do love getting a different perspective on things. Sydney from the ground can sometimes feel crowded, noisy and stressful. I was lucky enough to see it from the air over the weekend. All I can say is WOW! I was reminded it is a beautiful place to be.

21.01.2022 I do love an interesting playground. Check out this example from Sweden

20.01.2022 Drumroll please.... I have a new logo! Will be rolling it out over the next couple of weeks in all my stationery - digital and good old fashioned hard copy

18.01.2022 All action in my office today... well I'm really busy but these 2 are making up for it. Week 16 of working from home

17.01.2022 One of the great parts of my job is seeing the long years of planning resulting in the delivery of infrastructure for the community. These are some upgraded parks delivered around Shellharbour City

14.01.2022 Such a beautiful day today to be enjoying the civic space at Shellharbour City Council #shellharbourcitycouncil #publicspaces #publicbuildings @ Shellharbour City Libraries

14.01.2022 This building had many iterations since it's planning first began in the 1990s but I must say I am proud to have been involved (even though it was in the early stages). It is a fine example of the importance of having sufficient funding for community spaces, planning strategically and being brave enough to continually review and refine your plans.

11.01.2022 Interesting perspective on designing urban places

10.01.2022 Still love learning new skills and getting better at what I do #learning #tenderlink

10.01.2022 Happy World Town Planning Day! I'm expanding my understanding of design excellence @ the Illawarra Design Excellence Symposium. How are you celebrating?

09.01.2022 To everyone I have worked with this year - thanks! You have made my year one to remember. To those who I will have the pleasure of working with in 2019 I say BRING IT ON!!! I'm taking a short break but will back on deck on 2nd January rested and ready to go.

08.01.2022 Concrete has a high ongoing carbon footprint. How's this for a more environmentally friendly alternative https://www.frameworkportland.com/

07.01.2022 Wishing all my clients and friends a happy Christmas. After an extremely busy year I am taking the opportunity to have a short break to recharge some fairly depleted batteries. I will be back on deck on 11 January 2021. Stay safe and healthy everyone.

02.01.2022 Something to think about...

02.01.2022 On a bit of a Christmas theme here's some plans to build the Oslo Opera House in gingerbread.

02.01.2022 Must admit I'm not a huge fan of generic plastic play equipment. As this shows it doesn't have to be boring. What a great design for a swing!
