25.01.2022 Good turn out for Senior training last night. 35 C when we got the floor for a 2 hour workout. Great to see Nik back training after an enforced break.

17.01.2022 Due to the 5 day Covid lockdown there will be no training at the Dojo this week. Hopefully back on the floor Monday week.
