13.01.2022 Today we say goodbye to two of our members, Eriko and Skye, who will be traveling across Australia before moving overseas. I am a little selfishly sad that they are leaving but a new adventure awaits in a beautiful part of the world. Good luck and stay safe!

10.01.2022 After 5 months away it was such a great feeling to hear the sounds of KIAI! In the dojo again!!! Big thanks to those that came tonight after being away for so long. Fingers crossed we can keep training. Now to get rid of my covid belly!

08.01.2022 A fantastic kyu grading today, with Lachie and Taylah achieving 9th Kyu, and Maddy achieving 8th kyu. First time grading for all of them. They should all be so proud of themselves, and I am so proud of them. (I just wish we were able to do it in person so then I would have pictures!!!)
