20.01.2022 Even with the rain there were so many smiling faces going to and coming back to the Showgrounds for the park and ride. Proud to have been part of it all. A few tweaks and a little patience moving forward for the games but all in all the feedback for Showgrounds was excellent. And the stadium is another level of awesome !

20.01.2022 So honoured so have won the Sports Promotion award tonight for my many years of work with SeaLink Queensland Magnetic Island Race Week. Thanks to the Townsville Yacht Club for the nomination and to the judges at Australian Sailing - Queensland for the award. The event isn’t possible without the awesome Committee, amazing volunteers and of course our yachties. I love this event so much and hope to continue being involved for many more years to come.

Love and thoughts will all the crew, team, artists, suppliers, stakeholders and promoters who have been hurt by this situation. Trying to stay positive and looking for opportunities that will help keep things moving. 05.01.2022 After a tough year in the events world due to COVID, this weekend I am missing looking after one of my favourite events Magnetic Island Race Week BUT there is a silver lining. I’ve been chosen as a finalist in the Sports Promotion Awards with Queensland Sailing and I couldn’t be more proud. Having been involved in growing race week year after year for the last 8 years I am excited and grateful to have been nominated let alone be a finalist. Thank you to the Townsville Yacht Club for the nomination.

05.01.2022 Yacht Registrations are now open for the SeaLink Queensland Magnetic Island Race Week. We love this event and have been involved now for 8 years. Keeping long term clients is a strong goal for us and this event is one of our favourites and we are very very proud of.

03.01.2022 What are we as an industry supposed to do !!! They (health) approve Covid safe plans. They say run your event this way. It gets planned/set up and then less than 24 hours prior it still isn’t good enough. We need to have a Covid safe way forward or basically our industry is f*****d. How are we still here 12 months on! So heartbreaking for all involved in Bluesfest, thinking of everyone who makes events happen. Devastating for the economy and businesses who were expecting ...flow on from event patrons too.

03.01.2022 So very grateful to be brought in to play a part in the PVW Partners team building day last week. Lots of fun to piece together and everyone has an awesome time. Working with amazing suppliers and groups such as Otto's Market Warrina, NQ Productions, YWAM, Hula Hooping for Health and Amusements Plus always make for a great event.

01.01.2022 WHAT AN AMAZING NIGHT!!! The new stadium was fabulous, the city was pumping and I felt super proud to have helped put together the parking areas and surrounding traffic along with an awesome team!!! Evolution Traffic Managementyou were great and Achieve Group Townsville for supplying the labour, the infamous and super knowledgeable Ray Maguire and most of all my partner Michael Pery for being the most awesome helper. Could not have done it without any of you thank you also the team at Queensland Country Bank Stadium for trusting our team to be involved and make it happen ! We loved it.
