25.01.2022 Whats your go to breakfast? I have 3. Eggs either poached, fried (w/ bacon& avocado) or scrambled (with lots of veg), a smoothie w/ protein or oats (pictured). In winter I mainly have porridge.... Heres my recipe. 40g oats 250g water 1 tblspn chia seeds With 2mins left of the cooking process I add 1 egg white (protein & makes it creamy). Toppings I add blueberries, raspberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, a drizzle of maple syrup and cinnamon. I love to mix it all in (as pictured). I do cook my oats in the Thermomix but you can cook on the stovetop too. Im off to enjoy this bowl of goodness.
