25.01.2022 JLB Turns 1..!! Exactly 12 months ago I left being a Construction Manager for a building company to opening up my own company in JLB Building and Construction. It's been challenging, overwhelming, stressful, late nights, physically draining, gone weeks without pay, but standing back at the end of job and saying "I built this" is the most rewarding feeling possible and outweighs any of the above. Most carpenters/builders out there know how cut throat the trade industry is s...o to have had the chance to turn someone's dream into reality, we are super grateful..!! Massive Thanks to my fiance for putting up with my countless mood swings, your a gem..!! Too my boys, I'm very proud to have these you all working along side myself and helping the company strive to succeed. With out you guys, we wouldn't be were we are today, so I thank you. 25.01.2022 It's been a busy week getting back into the swing of things after the big Christmas break. What a way to come back to work with 2 internal fixes side by side in mernda. 67mm x 18mm skirting boards and architraves, smooth and elegant finishes. Great job done by the team

24.01.2022 Our 2nd last frame for the year completed Nice 26sq single storey out in Beveridge, fascia and gutter all installed ready for roof tiles. Only 1 more working week to go, hope everyone is as excited for the festive season holidays as we are ..!!

Those fire fighters that have not only risked their lives to save others in need but have had there lives taken. These are the real heros..!! 21.01.2022 With only 3 more working weeks left for the year with 5 more frames to put up, we managed to fit in this stick built, 7 level Tiered seating project for our good friends at Ford in campbellfield. Long hours and hard work, great results and happy clients.

10.01.2022 Another week, another frame completed. Few days of bad weather but we got it done just on 4 days. The boys Hard work and attention to detail has the frame inspection passed first up again ..!! Onto the next..!!

We had a few days of bad weather, but with this Stylish 21sq Single Storey dwelling in Mernda (Melbourne's North), we got the job done. Big thanks to the boys at Buildtrex Construction for the solid performance as usual. 06.01.2022 It's been a busy week this week leading up to the long weekend with having smashed out this 62sq decking. The top is covered, now to do the surroundings of the decking next week. We travelled away for this beauty to dromana, working on part of an extension/renovation. Thanks to @stellasdromana for having us stay in an awesome room and plenty of cold beers after work.
