19.01.2022 I had 30 kids out training today at my junior guards (nippers) here in the philippines and its getting bigger every saturday - what are yur kids doing?? keep them active and for this up and coming summer get down to ur local surf club and enrol them in the Nippers program!!

After several year of working with Lifesaving Victoria, I have recently become a licensee with Licensee so am able to run courses when needed in the Sth West/Barwon region (am willing to travel to other areas if requested too). They can range from public groups, inhouse with business, school groups, sporting clubs and the likes.. I can run the following both full courses and updates: Provide First Aid (previously senior first aid), CPR, Defibrillation, Anaphylaxis, Pool lifeguard. Inbox me for more detail or to express interest in possible courses, i can run them during the week or weekends. Let your friends know :)

14.01.2022 Great stair session last night my legs felt like baby giraffes legs and today they feel like they were trampled by a rhino... DOMS i love u but hate u at the same time!!
14.01.2022 Too hot to workout outside... Heres a quick indoor one for u: 100 x squats 90 x Russian twist 80 x sit ups/ crunches 70 x push ups... 60 x heel taps 50 x kettlebell/dumbbell swings 40 x curtsey squat 30 x starjumps 20 x shoulder press (20 ea side) 10 x burpee You have to complete all reps of one exercise before moving onto the next... Happy Friday

12.01.2022 the blisters on my hands are killing me and my body aches all over but dragon boat training has been fun :) its always good to try new things esp fitness wise, challenge ur body & mind get out there, u can achieve more than you think!!!

10.01.2022 Been back in an actual gym this week first time in i dont remember how long as im so used to being outdoors and its been a change esp when it comes to only being able to do single leg exercises due to injury - the filipinos seem quite confused at what im doing haha - point is injured or not you can still do something you just have to adjust...
09.01.2022 When ur down and out with an injury, we all know it can put a dampiner on your spirit... Just remember theres usually a way around it, hurt ankle work upper body or single leg, hurt shoulder/ upper body work lower body - dont let excuses get in the way!!!

03.01.2022 not every workout had to be fast paced and strenuous... I just got done doing activation work on my glutes and abs :)
02.01.2022 being in a different country is always good, and i am currently in a country where most of the female population are pretty small... I had a comment from the only female guard i train she came out with "you used to be skinny years ago yeh - like back in your 20s.... can tell by your physique" good thing i prefer to be stronger rather than skinny!!!!
