20.01.2022 The hemp yurts are nearing completion with the rendering recently being completed. A very different project that coming up mint! Here’s a few pics of the construction process over the last few months.

18.01.2022 Something a little outside of the box, literally!! We are currently building quite possibly Australia’s first Eco yurt. The walls are made of 300mm thick hempcrete! The kit for the yurts were supplied and erected by Goulburn Yurt Works with the materials for the walls supplied by The Australian Hemp Masonary Company. A very interesting project so far!

10.01.2022 Called in on a job we recently completed today. Turned out great and 19 degrees in the new living room with no heater going!! Not bad considering the -5 frost we started the day with! 05.01.2022 Excavation and concreting works at Jier park near Hall, ACT.

02.01.2022 New reverse brick veneer extension we are currently working on at Wheeo. Yes that’s right! We have a cladded frame on the outside with solid dry pressed bricks on the inside. This building will have fantastic thermal properties with the solid brickwork coupled with double glazed windows & doors. The clients have gone with the Scyon Linea cladding on the external with Axent trim bordering the windows. We direct fixed plasterboard over the brickwork on the inside as this is much more cost effective than cement render and hard set plaster. Give me a call today to discuss your next building project.
