03.01.2022 To all December 2020 JLPT applicants, The Brisbane JLPT will take place on Sunday Dec 06, 2020 at Griffith University, Nathan Campus. We are aware that December 2020 Test Vouchers have been emailed by the Japan Foundation. If you have not received yours, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folders. ... Your voucher has been sent as a PDF. You are required to PRINT this voucher and bring a current, official, government-issued photo identification (ID), printed in English. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, passport, Photo Card/Proof of Age Card or student ID that MUST feature a photo, your full legal name and date of birth. No digital vouchers and/or digital identification will be accepted and applicants will be denied entry into the exam venue. PLEASE check that your full legal name and date of birth are correct, as it is your responsibility. If you find any errors please contact: [email protected] immediately. 03.01.2022 The JLPT will be held in Brisbane tomorrow (Sunday December 6) at Griffith University Nathan Campus. Please ensure to wear a face mask during check-ins and each exam. Friendly reminder that: upon registering and paying to sit the JLPT, you agreed to have read the PDF provided on the Eventbrite site titled: JLPT Australia Test Guide and page 'i' "IMPORTANT NOTICE regarding COVID-19" set by Japan Foundation and the following:... "Observance of the COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures" You must comply with any reasonable health and safety measures (for example, wearing a face mask, sanitising your hands, and body temperature check) that the Host Institution imposes at the Test venue. You may be refused entry to sit for the Test and asked to leave the Test venue if you do not comply with such health and safety measures. In that event, you will be deemed to have forfeited any Test fee that you have paid. Please ensure you arrive early to secure a park and make your way to your test venue. (Individuals can park in the Casual daily parking zones (yellow section on the map) https://www.griffith.edu.au//paying-for-par/casual-parking Have your print test voucher and photo identification ready. Have your COVID-19 self-screening questionnaire completed and signed to hand in upon first check-in. Bring your equipment with you: pencils (HB or no. 2 black lead pencils only), eraser, sharpener. Ensure your mobile phone & other digital devices are switched OFF and any phone alarms or watch alarms are disabled prior to the test. If you are feeling unwell on the test day you will not receive a refund (please read the Test Guide page 'i' - "If you are feeling unwell on the Test Day).
