25.01.2022 With the latest news from redarc we were lucky enough to be asked to represent redarc and be a recall depo for the change out of faulty units. If you have any doubts on a unit that you may have had install in our shop or else where we are more then happy for you to call or drop in and we will check the unit and change it at no cost to you if it is found to be a faulty unit. 24.01.2022 "A poor man pays twice" they say... Unfortunately this is the case for far too many people that are trying to save a few dollars by getting their batteries online. We have recently had a customer come in after having batteries fitted and was worried that their performance wasnt up to the job. ... The product was sold as a 120ah lithium for well under half the price of others on the market. Only to find that these knock-offs had only approximately 35ah at best jammed into a larger case. This was atleast a fire hazard and worst case scenario HOT BEER! So next time you need a new battery to last the distance please do the research, ask around and check the reviews. Heres part one of Marcuss DMAX build with a battery and charging system fitted behind his seat so while hes got his canopy off he has power for a fridge. 11.01.2022 Sorry for the lack of activity on the page. Things have been very busy in the shop with multiple big build jobs under way and during these we get time to do upgrade jobs for some new customers. Had the Grace's of supply 4 120ah batteries for a customer who recently removed the one battery due to it failing. He added 360 watts of solar to the roof so he can go off grid completely and last as long as possible. We set up DCDC charging from the car to the new battery bank, 1800 w...att inverter wire up, plus battery charger and wired panels. Customer supplied central locking kit and lights for his new canopy which we wire up to his junction box we also had to wire. Central locking was hooked to original wiring to make the key control all. All in all it came up great. #redarcaustralia #allwaysthebestgear #freecamping

07.01.2022 Well wrapping up one of the last jobs of the year was a red arc BCDC charger wiring tidy up and fit up a couple of switches and accessory sockets on to 2 custom made plates thanks to the AIM Alumium boys which were purpose built to suit the top sections of the wall in the front of the canopy. 02.01.2022 Well begins another year of things to come. Over the last couple of months we have been working to get 2 new work Utes on the road so that our newly expanded team of diesel fitters have vehicles to be able to service the town and mining sectors of the business. Obviously with the addition of fitters its only fitting that the business promotes that which is why the name has changed and we will now be know as JLS Automotive. Everybody has been working really hard to get this all done. We will now be also finalising a website for people to view. Thank you all again everyone for the help, support and hard work you guys have put in or shown the JLS team. We look forward to seeing you all again this year. 01.01.2022 So been a project in the making for the last few months. We have been working in the back ground of helping Jake at Blacker Marine Mackay in their shed to get this beautiful 9.0mtr Commercial Vessel out for a good customer of theirs, We are now more than half way through wiring it all up and today was the day to spin her around to do pre-delivery start up tomorrow with the guys from Sugar City Marine who supplied the big 200 Mercs for the back.
