24.01.2022 Check out this full tile roof restoration and the steps we take to ensure our customers satisfaction. First we clean the roof with a high pressure washer, this gets rid of all dirt, moss, mold, and even old paint ensuring that our paint will stick. We then re-point the ridges to make sure no water can get in, while also leaving a nice tidy finish. Valley clips are installed to hold the valley tiles in place, stopping them from moving and causing leaks. Before we start paintin...g we have to mask up anything we don't want to get paint on, solar panels, hot water cylinders etc. Once masked up we give the roof a coat of tile primer, followed by two coats of Roof Protects Roof Membrane. The end result, you have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and can sleep tight knowing your protected from the stormy months ahead.
