23.01.2022 From Captain to Coach. 2 months out from State Cup my knee decided to go on me. With all the other injuries and challenges we faced during the year I stepped into the coaching role and big fella @sir.jimmington filled the player position. Extremely proud of these chaps over the 12 month campaign. I'll continue to be on the sidelines for another year. Can't wait to get back out with you boys in 2022.

18.01.2022 One of my fav mobility flows to cover hips, lower back, and upper back. Can't wait to be able to do this one again. Repost @x2166_ // Today we have our In House Physiotherapist @jmaphysio running through with us a great hip & lower back warm up drill to do before training! Aim to do a couple slow repetitions as part of your warmup before a lower body session!... If you were struggling with any injury niggles or had further questions, DM @jmaphysio directly!
