COVID-19 Update JMAX ENGIEERING has been closely monitoring the situation regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus and wish to advise our customers that we are proactive in taking precautions to protect the Health and Safety of our employees and our customers. With guidance from Federal, State and Local authorities we will be implementing extra hygiene measures at our premises and this will include: Increased cleaning of high-touch areas and practicing social distancing. We will be leaving pick up orders out the front of our factory for local customer pick ups. All products assembled/packed by us will be done so with the use of disposable gloves and shipped coated with glen20 in an attempt to kill any bacteria Payment of goods can be made by ordering online www.jmaxengieering.com.au or over the phone using our contactless payment portal method. Any customers who have been overseas, have been in contact with someone who must self-quarantine or are showing symptoms of the virus are asked to not bring their vehicle to our premises and postpone their installation date. Zero contact installations: In order to protect both your safety and the safety of our employees and to allow installations to continue, all installs at our factory will be contactless. This means leaving your vehicle with us and leaving your keys in our key drop box for us to collect on the morning of your install. We will conduct the installation using protective equipment such as gloves, masks and disinfectant sprays for employee protection and your safety. Picking up your vehicle upon completion will be the same protocol, as vehicle keys will be left in the key drop box for customer pick up.
