24.01.2022 Where I get to work every day!

22.01.2022 Hello everybody!!! It's been a while since I have posted on this business page so thought I should get my butt into gear and update it a bit. Things have changed over the last few years so thought I should give a brief history to those who are fairly new to my services. Since becoming an accredited exercise physiologist back in 2012 I started my own exercise physiology business. I have had 2 children, moved twice, changed from a mobile service to having a full gym set up in C...ollingwood Park. I offer a range of services including personal training style sessions, small group training, EPC plans and now branching out more and offering NDIS and DVA services. I have always had the strong belief that anyone can become involved in fitness regardless of age, fitness levels, injuries or chronic conditions. My gym door is open to anyone. I love the little gym family that has developed over the years. I love getting to know my clients and their families. The last few months of the COVID pandemic has been a hard but rewarding experience. I was glad that I could keep working and could still offer clients somewhere to come to exercise and help with their mental health during this tough time. I appreciate all my clients for supporting a small business and getting ME through a tough time. I am looking forward to seeing what bigger and better things can come in 2020. See more

14.01.2022 Well done tash for winning 2016s last challenge. Yes. You read right. The last challenge. This week we are doing something different. You get to choose how the session works. And because its almost christmas my gift to you all is no challenge. I hope everyone still sticks with their usual sessions this week. Looking forward to seeing you all :-)
