25.01.2022 First day of work for lil Peppa

24.01.2022 Few tree roots wont stump the 6.5t Hitachi equipped with an Engcon tilty. Some 4-5 large Tuart stumps removed for future cut out and retaining.

24.01.2022 Very tight challenging job today. Developer has put live services within lot boundaries. Digging sewer out over live gas and water. Crossing a network of live power and comms without plans showing where they are. Oh, how about a big ass sign 400mm off house footings. Bloody glad Ive got narrow toothless cable bucket and an Engcon tilty to take the edge off an otherwise difficult job.

23.01.2022 What a view! #bestofficeview #drainage

23.01.2022 Summer is here - some warm days have really tested us. Aside from being quick and efficient at what you do, its important to manage sun protection along with hydration and nutrient replacement to make it through a full sewer / stormwater.

22.01.2022 Fresh one this morning! Ground is steaming

22.01.2022 Because I can!

21.01.2022 Septic system installed today in Gelorup. Cant praise the tilt rotator enough for making backfill a breeze. #septicsystem #drainage #engcon #tiltrotator #septictanks

21.01.2022 Stump removal and stockpiling dry fuel before summer bushfire season. Made a ton easier with the #engcon tilty. Youll be surprised what can get done in a day!

20.01.2022 3m deep septic tanks installed in Boyanyp. No worries for the Hitachi ZX65 Great team to work with too.

19.01.2022 Late change to storm water design means a rare chance to work on a site near completion. What a view!

18.01.2022 Rainwater tank put on opposite side of house than shown on plans, so under the retaining wall we go. Engcon Tilt rotator making it easy and saving a bit of hand digging #engcon #tiltrotator #drainage #stormwater #Fridayfun

17.01.2022 Bit of a challenge today - sewer & stormwater after brickwork and roof. Skip bins, leftover bricks, and a full load of plasterers sand in the way. Roof eaves to dodge above and services to dodge below (water, power, phone) Got it done.

14.01.2022 Backfill of fine sand from a bitumen drive back into service trench (180m) on a battle-axe block in Leschenault The Engcon Ec206 tilty with their grading bucket and narrow cabling bucket made this job easier to do without causing damage. The first 100m was in a 500mm gap between the bitumen drive and the post & wire fence.... Had to avoid existing comms conduit in the same space. Narrow cable bucket worked a treat. The grading bucket combined with the Engcon tilty made getting the sand off the bitumen much easier than conventional fixed bucket. Need a broom attachment on a job like this.

14.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new! Digging on nearly any angle now possible! More lifting capacity for septic tanks, more breakout force for rock and difficult ground conditions. And more versatile for a whatever a job throws at me.

13.01.2022 Magpie are keen down Bridgetown today. Jumping in my trench while Im digging.

13.01.2022 Loving the Engcon tilt rotator. Easier to dig on odd angles, easier to clean up after!

13.01.2022 Flat bed leach drains are a great way to deal with high water table areas or clay soils where evaporation is the main method of effluent disposal. Provided you have the space! Here are 4x 11m long flat bed leach drains installed in Yarloop. A typical house would only need 2x 6m long flat beds depending on shire requirements.... Contact JMC Drainage if you need a septic system quoted. See more

12.01.2022 House Drains, Stormwater Drains, Soakwells, and Septic System. With service trenching, its a one stop shop

11.01.2022 4 trees planted around septic system about 30 years ago. Probably not a good idea. Removed 4 large stumps, removed old root bound leach drains and installed new. Replaced pipe work and diverter from tanks, lifted lids of septic tanks to find s root bound mess, cleared that out and had the tanks pumped out. Also got the drains jetted out of grease and build up. Very happy clients to have working toilet and showers agsin.

10.01.2022 Challenge accepted - smallest sewer/stormwater job to date #pipespagetti

08.01.2022 Engcon tilty making a difficult job easy

08.01.2022 Pipe Magic Here’s a 1.5m x 1m courtyard with 3 wastes to connect onto sewer heading out. Add stormwater coming in and connect to stormwater going out. Also, fit vent, and clean out point to sewer. And, 3 down pipe risers plus a paving grate riser to also be connected to SW line passing through courtyard! And don’t put any the clean out in front of the laundry doorway...... No worries! See more

07.01.2022 Challenging job, topped off with a wet day. Living the dream. Engcon Tilt rotator making it easier #engcon #tilty #drainage

07.01.2022 Septic system installed in Bridgetown. Smooth sailing for the Hitachi 6.5t excavator

06.01.2022 A bit of limestone and some heavy lifting (1800x1200 soak wells) were not an issue for the Hitachi ZX65USB and the Engcon EC206. What a great combination! Big thanks to Hitachi Construction Machines and Engcon Australia supplied by Semco Equipment Sales

06.01.2022 Saved by the cable bucket... some jobs you know you dont want teeth!

05.01.2022 Pipe Magic Heres a 1.5m x 1m courtyard with 3 wastes to connect onto sewer heading out. Add stormwater coming in and connect to stormwater going out. 04.01.2022 A week with JMC Drainage

04.01.2022 Fresh morning to be out

04.01.2022 Whats worse than ground water... Rock. Whats worse than Rock? Water and Rock together Thanks for the treat Augusta!

03.01.2022 What a backyard view for one lucky family building In Treendale!

03.01.2022 Nice little job in Eaton

02.01.2022 Standard Septic System with 2x 13m leach drains. No obstacles to worry about at slab stage Staying safe!

02.01.2022 Flat bed leach drains used on this project to keep the drainage area 1.2m above water table. Conventional leach drains would have resulted in a raised mound and a costly pump pit.

02.01.2022 When things are quiet, bring in cheap labour!
