22.01.2022 One of my existing clients has just bought a new property in Buddina and demolished the existing dwelling to make way for a beautifully luxurious new home and has proceeded to have a new pool installed. He rang me to see if I could build a temporary structual deck over the pool to keep it safe from slips,trips and fall hazards whilst the builder is creating their new dream home. This method also keeps it kid safe whilst in construction for the next 6-7 months. Very happy with the finished product.

21.01.2022 Do you have a fence at home that is looking a little mouldy or just due to its age is looking like it could need a bit of a freshen up. This fence after using a high pressure Gerni bought it up with amazing results...looks like new timber almost at a fraction of the cost!

21.01.2022 Just a couple of photos of the finished product of a garden make over that I had done recently on Kawana Island. The topirising of these plants made a real transformation of the yard.

20.01.2022 Is your garden in need of a new look or just to get it back to its former glory. I have just finished a revamp of all the gardens front and back at this exclusive property on Minyama Island where the clients were thrilled with the finished product and I have had several of the neighbours approach me in regards to acquiring my services to enhance their properties. If you are selling your property these kind of improvements can add value to your asking price as first impressions last.

19.01.2022 I had a call to repair some garage storage shelves that had collapsed due to the lack of supports and installed some with a painted finish to enhance the final product.

18.01.2022 Do you have a block wall that needs repair due to cracking or just mouldy, maybe a change of colour to modernise. I removed all the timber slats and repainted as to seal them from the weather in a black colour and re attached with stainless steel spiral nails Which will last a long time being so close to the salt water. I have just finished a job on the Sunshine Coast for a client that was very happy with the new look and asked me to paint the whole house in the same colour Scheme. Came up a treat.

16.01.2022 Some of my latest designs that incorporate river rocks of various sizes in conjunction with clay pavers giving a low maintenance garden that has a natural earthy look. A similar design can be created to suit your landscaping needs.

16.01.2022 I recently had a client contact me in regards to re oiling his well weathered decks on his three story house overlooking Coolum beach. The decks had previously been stained which had to be Gernied at 3000psi and sanded to remove prior coatings. Stay posted to see the finished product.

15.01.2022 This is a follow up from a post on a 3 story house that overlooks Coolum Beach that has now been completed after many hours sanding and prepping and as you can see from the before shots it has pre longed the life of the timber for many more years to come and enhances the properties appearance. The owner was wrapped with the final product...so if your deck is looking a little tired......give Jamie a call.

15.01.2022 Just taken possession of the new high pressure Gerni. So if you need a driveway,paths,entertainment area or even the house cleaned to rid these areas of built up mould or just to rejuvenate.

14.01.2022 The before shot where " Cujo " the family pet was a little bored and enjoyed the taste of red cedar, I removed the door jam and installed matching new timber.....owner was surprised with the finished product.

14.01.2022 What do you think looks better ? Client wanted to match the Red cedar front door, so I removed the old well weathered slats and installed and stained new red cedar ones to compliment the entry way.

11.01.2022 Does your front fence need a tidy up....is it cracking,mouldy or is the paint peeling. Give me a call and let me see what I can do for your property as street appeal is very important as this is the very first thing you see !! The owner has a beauiful property on Minyama Island and has entrusted me to maintain it to keep its immaculate presentation. The front fence has been repaired and repainted,driveway has been Gernied for mould removal on all grout lines,downpipes re sealed,gardens maintained and various internal areas repainted. Looking good.....don't you think.

07.01.2022 Do you have an area in your yard that looks like this after heavy rain? Drainage grates that can be simply installed into your existing stormwater pipe work.

02.01.2022 I had a call from someone wanting a makeover to a pathway that was looking a little tired and riddled with weeds. The pavers were pulled out and cleaned and then several coats of a new colour paving paint was applied so the existing ones could be re- used. Looks a treat!!!!!! A lot of the existing gravel was taken to the tip and new decorative gravel laid to give a fresh new look. I prefer the new look....don't you.

01.01.2022 I had a client the other day that has a problem with a door roting due to the rain as there was no eaves over the door. I installed a canopy over the door to stop future rain weathering the timber work and reconstructed the timber work , sealing and installing new architraves with silicone. This has saved the door from replacement and future problems. The only thing to do now is to paint it.

01.01.2022 Thank you so much for my custom easel .. It is absolutely amazing and very high quality for a last minute addition! .. It finished off my wedding seating plan perfectly .. It now sits in my lounge room with a photo frame on it .. Thanks again JMS ! - Rebecca
